With the group stages over, and the Round of 16 starting, there are certain teams that attract a lot more favoritism and publicity than others. As loyal fans don their team's soccer shirts and put on their best turf soccer shoes to support their team in public, who are the less known of the current round of 16 teams?

Teams such as Juventus (Italy), Arsenal (United Kingdom), PSG (France) or Borussia Dortmund (Germany), have really put in an effort to step up their game and become possibly contenders for the cup holding position.

Juventus have so far, played solidly, with a crisp and well formed defense team. They boasted this well in their first match against Celtic, where, in an away game, they won with a 3-0 lead, partly due to their deep defensive tactics, as well as their great team play when inside Celtic's box. With this early victory on their away game, it will be an interesting game to watch when they play home against Celtic on the 6th of March.

Arsenal used to be one of the biggest teams in the early 2000's, however, more recently, they have been somewhat lacking, and, as much as I would love to say that they had got off to a great start this season, unfortunately, I cannot. Arsenal's opening game saw that they lost to Olympiacos 2-1, and so, on their two leg match against Bayern Munich, it is unlikely they will succeed, or so say the experts.

If Arsenal were to win, they would have a huge support gathering, as well as a huge surge of energy, of breaking their loss streak, and the enthusiasm to continue playing competitively.

PSG, a French team that has been announced by some to have an 'outside' chance of winning the Championship this year. Why would this be? Well, their early win against Valencia showed that their team play can dominate other teams, coming away with a 2-0 win at their away match.

However, it should come to note that their aggressive game play may well lead them into problems, as well as success, the perfect example of which, can be found here with their punishments for vicious tackles.

Lastly, Borussia Dortmund, this German team has been mentioned by several experts to have a half decent chance of winning the Championship League, becoming winner of the group stages unbeaten most definitely helps that viewpoint, as well as their recent draw against Shakhtar Donetsk, which gives them an even better chance at winning. Their play style, of counter attacking and quick passes really shine through, and if this team were to get onto a win streak, the top teams could have a real challenge.
